Our Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You can return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
- Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
How to Start a Return

Email us or message via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request and send you a return confirmation with instructions within 24 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and send it to our returns address. Keep your shipping receipt as proof.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or send out your exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Here's what to expect:
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
- Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 days depending on your bank
- Bank transfer refunds are processed within 3 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
